We act as an intermediary between customers and verified planting partners.
2. Eligibility
By using our platform, you confirm that you are:
- At least 18 years old (or using the platform with parental/guardian consent).
- Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. Payments
- All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise specified.
- International payments may be processed via Razorpay, Stripe, or other gateways.
- You are responsible for any applicable foreign transaction fees or currency conversions.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
4. Subscriptions
- Zephy Earth offers paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features, including advanced climate insights, impact dashboards, or other services.
- By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees in advance, as displayed at checkout.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly/annual) unless cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription anytime before the renewal date to avoid further charges.
- Zephy Earth reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with prior notice.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the nature of tree planting projects, purchases are non-refundable once confirmed.
- In case of duplicate payments or technical errors, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.
6. Certificates & Records
- Digital certificates will be issued after your trees are allocated to planting projects.
- Tree survival rates may vary depending on environmental conditions. Zephy Earth ensures partners follow best practices but cannot guarantee 100% survival.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on zephy.earth (logos, text, images, software, trademarks) belongs to Zephy Earth or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Resell Zephy Earth’s services without approval.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Zephy Earth provides services on a best-effort basis.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your last transaction.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
- For international users, you agree that Indian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
