Refunds and Cancellations

At Zephy Earth, we aim to provide a transparent and reliable experience when you purchase tree planting services.

  • All purchases are non-refundable once confirmed, as they directly fund live reforestation projects.
  • Refunds will only be issued in cases of:
    • Duplicate payments; or
    • Failed/unsuccessful transactions.
  • If you believe a payment error has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment.

Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
  • If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be billed further.
  • Refunds will only be issued in cases of:
    • Duplicate payments; or
    • Failed/unsuccessful transactions.
